Issam Fares to be Honored with US Former Presidents George Bush& Bill Clinton in October in New York

A press release from the United States distributed in Lebanon indicated that the independent, non-aligned institution called Crisis Group will hold its annual dinner this year on October 28 at Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York to honor three influential international figures: The 42^nd and 41rst Presidents of the United States of America Georges Bush& Bill Clinton, and the former Deputy Premier of the Republic of Lebanon Mr. Issam Fares. The dinner banquet will be interspersed by certificates to be delivered to the awardees.

It is to mention that the ceremony will be presented by the CNN correspondent Christiane Amanpour and the world artist James Taylor will play his songs.

It is to note that the abovementioned institution is represented in the five continents and contributes to the settlement of the intricate conflicts and international crises.

Commenting on the news, the Association for the Development of Tripoli congratulated former Prime Minister Issam Fares for this appreciation, deeming it is a new decoration bestowed upon this national figure who had offered a lot to Lebanon and the world.
