“Reflections on Arab Youth in the Aftermath of the Uprisings”

Adib Nehmeh is the Regional Advisor on the Millennium Development Goals at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) based in Beirut. Previously he was Regional Advisor on poverty for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and Project Manager at the Lebanese Ministry of Social Affairs. Nehmeh is a registered lawyer and holds degrees in sociology and philosophy. He is a board member for several development organizations and has published extensively on human development, social policy, poverty, disability, gender, and youth and adolescents.
