This paper focuses on exploring the nature of bicultural identities among university students in Saudi Arabia and provides an empirical test of the gendered effect of globalization on identity and negotiation expectations. This paper, jointly authored with Professor Hannah Riley Bowles (Harvard University), is part of a multiyear research project at the Gender and Public Policy Program titled "Intersections between culture and gender in negotiation".
