The Vice President of the Lebanese Government Mr. Issam Fares received the Kuwaiti Minister of Resources Ahmad Fahed Al Ahmad Al Sabah accompanied by the Kuwaiti ambassador in Lebanon. They discussed the OPEC conference, the relations between both countries and the regional situation.
